The house is located on the outskirts of Pitesti, in a context of villa-type houses built after the 90s. The design brief given by the clients (a family with two children) was to imagine a conventional house, a two-story construction with pitched roof, balconies and other conventional details.

The two levels share two different rhythms of life. The ground floor contains the shared family areas and the master bedroom, while the first floor is dedicated to the teenagers. The two children have their own balcony and a shared study area, the equivalent of the downstairs living room.

The structure of the house is rational, a square divided by 2 interior axes, radiating 3 distinct areas on the ground floor in terms of scale and atmosphere: the hallway and kitchen face the main street, the master bedroom opens onto a private courtyard and the living room continues into a large magnolia garden.
